My In Person Training is perfect for those in the Harrisburg, PA area that are looking for a hands-on approach to strength training. All training will be conducted in my home gym using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX suspension straps, functional trainer system, and cardio equipment.
